These terms govern your use of Fienly (the "app"). By creating an account or using the app, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the app.
Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use Fienly.
Your account
You sign in with Apple. Keep your Apple ID secure — anyone who can sign in as you can see and edit your Fienly data. We are not responsible for unauthorized access from a compromised Apple ID.
Your content
Everything you log inside Fienly belongs to you. You grant us a limited license to store, process, and display your data only as needed to provide the app to you.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use Fienly for any illegal purpose
- Attempt to disrupt the service or other users' accounts
- Reverse-engineer, decompile, or scrape the app or backend
- Submit content that infringes others' rights
AI processing
Fienly uses OpenAI to categorize your spoken or typed transactions. AI output is provided as-is and may occasionally be inaccurate. You are responsible for verifying your records.
Subscriptions
Premium features may become available via subscription. Pricing and terms will be shown clearly before any purchase. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled, per Apple's standard subscription rules.
Disclaimers
Fienly is a personal-finance assistant, not financial advice. We make no guarantees that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable for any particular purpose.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.
Termination
You can stop using the app and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
Changes
We may update these terms. Continued use of the app after changes means you accept the new terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by applicable laws of your residence.
